Easy Biscuits and Sausage Gravy Recipe
These hot buttermilk biscuits with creamy sausage gravy are ready in 15 minutes for a hearty, family favorite meal.

1 (500g) can of buttermilk biscuits
1 (300g) package of Jimmy Dean® Original Hearty Pork Sausage Crumbles
2 ½ cups skimmed milk
¼ cup flour
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Bake the jumbo biscuits according to package directions.
Cook sausages in a large skillet over medium heat 5-7 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Add flour and stir frequently. Gradually pour milk and cook until the mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Remember to stir constantly. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer two minutes.
Season the gravy with salt and pepper.
Split the jumbo biscuits in half. Place two halves on each of the 8 plates and top with about 1/3 cup gravy.
